Our approach to Personal Training is founded on the belief that each client is unique. That each client needs a plan that fits their life, goals, and resources.
Each client relationship starts with a detailed consultation. During the consultation we identify your goals:
- What you hope to accomplish through training
- What your specific needs are
- How we can best help you on your path to success.
The best results come from a combination of 2-3 days of strength training, one day of metabolic conditioning cardio and one day of yoga, along with nutrition guidance, community support and accountability.
Once you choose us to be your guide, it’s our job to be sure you have all your bases covered. You can’t achieve weight loss and better health with a one hour workout each week. We’re going ensure you know exactly what to do when you’re not with us to get the best results in the simplest, most realistic way possible.
By combining Personal Training, Small Group Training, Group Classes and Nutrition Coaching, we can provide a complete package to be a one-stop shop for your fitness needs. We want to be your complete partner on your journey to provide everything from instruction in the gym to support outside of it.
