He joined our 6 Week Clean & Lean Challenge because he was ready to do things differently.
The first week Brian admitted this wasn’t easy, but he also saw a big drop on the scale right away.
Those results motivated him to push through the struggles and continue to eat clean every day. He missed very few days that entire six weeks.
Brian was our second place transformation winner, with a 26 pounds weight loss. That was nearly 8% of his starting bodyweight!
Brian also dropped many inches and gained new energy and an incentive to keep going.
He says he will continue with his new eating habits and use the knowledge he’s learned to keep losing. Dropping the weight is not just about looking better, but more importantly, feeling better and having a better quality of life.
