We know not everyone is comfortable in a group setting, and some prefer a more individualized approach to personal training. At Fitness Evolution personal attention is our speciality. Our individual training sessions provide each client an opportunity to have direct one-on-one guidance, feedback, and support. We offer all sessions in a our private personal training studio centrally located in Columbus, OH.
Individualized Approach
Our process provides you with a personalized program to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go. We focus on building strength, burning fat, and shaping your body. Most importantly we address and work to correct issues resulting from postural positions or rehabilitated injuries. Your workout is always custom designed to fit your body and your needs.
Focused on You
Your trainer will give you 100% focus. We give feedback, demonstrate correct form and provide motivation and accountability. This enables you to maximize your results and reduce the risk of injury. This is especially relevant for clients who may be new to any form of strength training, have rehabilitated injuries or custom needs and preferences.
All Individual Training clients get weekly goal setting, weekly check-ins and Six Weeks Healthy Lifestyles Coaching included with their training sessions.
