If you’re a social butterfly who likes to meet new people and feel the energy of others, Small Group Training is for you.
We combine the personal attention of one-on-one training with the dynamics of working out in a group. Training programs are still customized to the individual client’s goals and fitness level, but training with a group keeps costs down and brings an energy all its own!
Combine Personalization with Socialization
As a Small Group client, you get a workout that was created for you and your body, based off of your initial movement assessment. Each participant is given his/her workout for that week with his/her own training binder. Your trainer will demonstrate the exercises in your program and then oversee each participant to provide guidance and feedback.
We track your progress each week and update your plan when you’re ready for a new challenge! All Small Group Training clients also receive six weeks of Healthy Lifestyles Coaching as well as measurements and progress photos every four weeks.
Make Fitness Fun
Small Group Training can help you succeed at your weight loss and fitness goals. It provides a customized and challenging workout with accountability and support.
Groups are set times with no more than five participants. You can join a group or recruit some friends and form your own. Either way, you’ll have so much fun laughing and chatting you might even forget you’re working out!
