How Erin Toned Up With Training
It is not unusual for a new client to say she works out fairly regularly but doesn’t strength train. This was the case for Erin.
She already did cardio and liked running, but struggled to see results after she hit a plateau. She wanted to tone her body and learn how to navigate the weight racks a bit better.
Erin was motivated by her upcoming wedding, but also knew she wanted to make a long-term commitment to a healthy lifestyle and regular strength training.
I explained to Erin how lifting weights would help make her smaller and tighter, and that through Small Group Training she would learn how to lift properly and avoid injury.

After a few months she dropped her body fat over 2% and lost inches all over.
