Being a teacher is a tough job.
Dana often puts in 14 hour days and spends time on weekends grading papers and preparing for lessons in her fifth grade classroom.
She started training because she knew her eating habits were not what they should be and that she should be setting a better example by taking care of herself through health and fitness.
Dana learned all about eating a balanced diet of protein, healthy carbs and fats and meal planning. She developed good habits she has maintained for two years.
Additionally Dana found a love for strength training. She pushes herself in each Personal Training session or group class and has seen her strength and ability skyrocket since day one.
Dana not only is stronger and more capable, she dropped ten pounds and kept if off! She’s down nearly 12 inches and lost 4% body fat.
Because this teacher dedicated herself to learning and challenging herself to get outside the comfort zone, she’s had incredible results and made it stick.
She could teach us all a thing or two about dedication and consistency and how to make long-term sustainable lifestyle changes!
