Lifting Heavy Helped This Busy Dad Drop Weight

Bo likes to push himself in the gym.

I’ve been training Bo and his wife Tracy together for a year, and each week Bo has come in and challenged himself a little more.

He’s putting up some big numbers in the rack on both squats and dead lifts, and always maxes out on his conditioning exercises.

That work ethic has helped Bo drop over 25 pounds, 3% body fat and more than five inches in his midsection, over three from his hips and two and a half inches in his waist. His chest actually went up, because he’s added some upper body muscle too.

I love working with Bo and Tracy because they both come in to work, and even though they are physically quite different, they can both get what they need from a training session.

Bo and Tracy also made changes to their lifestyle; they are cooking at home a lot more and snacking a lot less.

I know these two are dedicated to making a healthier life for themselves and their daughters, and they will continue to work hard and make positive changes which will keep producing results!
