In honor of Mother’s Day, I want to celebrate two special clients who happen to be mother and daughter!
Stephanie has been a client of mine for three years now. She found the benefit of strength training and knew it was important for long term health and happiness.
What better person to share that with than mom? Steph recruited her mother, Melissa, to join her for training about a year ago. They work out together once a week, and they say it is a wonderful way to ensure they get to spend time together at least that often.
These two are more like best friends in some ways than mother and daughter. They both have gotten stronger and more fit from working out regularly. They support and encourage each other in their fitness and all areas of life.
It is truly a joy for me to get to see them spend quality time together, strengthen their bodies and relationship and simply enjoy their company. These are two fun clients who I love the chance to work with.
It makes me wish my mom lived closer so I could work out with her every week. What a blessing to be able to share your love of fitness with mom and help her to live a longer, fuller, healthier life too!
