Our approach to Personal Training is founded on the belief that each client is unique. We provide customized workouts in a Small Group setting.
Each client relationship starts with a detailed consultation. During the consultation we identify three things:
- What you hope to accomplish through training.
- What makes you and your body unique.
- Your Personal Roadmap to achieve results.
We take each client from where they are to where they want to go with a program created uniquely for them.
Each new prospective client is put through a Movement Screen to help us identify their unique strength and weaknesses.
We then develop a customized program based on that person’s fitness level and goals. Each client has a program created just for them, while enjoying the motivation and fun of a group setting.
Your Small Group sessions starts with a warm-up series designed to improve the way your body moves by increasing flexibility and emphasizing proper alignment. These exercises are going to help you avoid injury and have less chronic pain.
As we age, we lose the ability to generate power, and even a 45-year-old who works at a desk needs to be able to move quickly and purposefully. That’s why we include power exercises in every workout. Not only does this help you stay quick on your feet, it also fires up your brain, muscles and lungs and gets you ready to crush your workout!
We believe every exercise in your program should have a purpose, so our strength training is built around exercises that make you stronger, more resilient and more confident.
Each session wraps up with a series of fat-burning intervals. These short but intense bursts maximize fat-burning and fire up your metabolism to blast away body fat and help you get that tight, toned look.
