What is Small Group Training
Small Group Training combines the personal attention of one-on-one training with the dynamics of working out in a group. Learn more here.

We tailor the exercises to each individual client so even if you’re new to strength training or just getting back to it, we will make sure your workout is the right level.
What do I do if I am out of town?
We allow clients to place their account on hold for a variety of reasons. If you have to miss training for more than a week message us and we will send you a Hold Request Form.
What is the difference between Strength 1 – 2 – 3?
This does not refer to the difficulty of the exercises. They are three different workouts with different movements and exercises. The goal is not to attend the same one twice in a week.
What time should I arrive?
Warm-up is built into the class time so no need to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of class, unless you prefer to do a longer warm-up.

Athletic shoes that fit comfortably without too much of a sole or heel (i.e. running shoes.) Cross Training shoes or lifting shoes are best.
