When you look at Tina’s before and after pictures, you may think she lost a lot of weight.
The truth is, she didn’t.
Don’t get me wrong, she’s made get progress and you can see some incredible results.
But would you believe this is less than ten pounds on the scale?
Yep. Tina lost inches everywhere, including three from her hips and waist (each), dropped 2% body fat and looks tiny and tighter.
The scale did not make a drastic change, however.
You can’t deny the results in these photos. Additionally, Tina has relieved chronic sciatica pain and painful hip bursitis through strength training consistently.
She says she’s never stuck with anything this long, and doing so was clearly worth it.
